    I had the same problem, I was not able to place orders with my delayed key.

    I contacted the support and they fixed it.
    They have a manual action to do in order to activate the feature for some old keys.

      I've got the same issue... I've contacted support but not had a reply in over a week. I can't carry on developing the app until they fix it. Very annoying. Support can you fix it please?!

        Did you get this fixed? I have a similar issue using an app key on an account that has laid fairly dormant for a few years.

          Have you placed a bet on the exchange and had it settled within the last 3 months? It might not be 3 months, but there is a period in which you have to have made a bet otherwise your keys won't be accepted.

            Hi thanks for quick response. Yes, I've placed several bets recently which have all been accepted and settled through the web interface. Still get the same response through the API.

            Code:
            {'faultcode': 'Client', 'faultstring': 'ANGX-0015', 'detail': {'APINGException': {'requestUUID': 'prdang035-01241048-009e985a5c', 'errorCode': 'ACCESS_DENIED', 'errorDetails': ''}, 'exceptionname': 'APINGException'}}
            I've emailed support. I guess I'll have to wait to see what they come back with, hopefully they can manually intervene. My appkeys were created several years ago and probably not used for 6 or 7 years, so are probably in the quite old bracket!

              The ANGX-error codes appear to be from the previous version of the API, so I'll be interested to hear what support have to say.

                Less than 12 hours after reporting it to Betfair this issue has been resolved. Very impressed with the support I received. Although they didn't give an explanation it required a manual intervention at Betfair. Presumably the issue was as mentioned earlier in this forum, that as it is an old appKey and needed re-authorising.
