Quotation marks are not valid within file names. Or folder names.

        Rather than

        C:\Users"Katie"\Desktop\Data\BASIC_Soccer_20200401 \

        You probably should have

        C:\Users\Katie\Desktop\Data\BASIC_Soccer_20200401\

and I removed the space before the final \. Spaces are valid within file names, but having one at the end of the first part of the name is a recipe for future confusion.

Got it to work, went straight to C Drive rather than a user! Thanks so much!

            hello all,

been trying to get this working on my end & having some issues.

all looks good, but am unable to log in. get the following error:

"Error Occurred -2147012739; an error occurred in the secure channel support"

i had wondered whether it was because i had 2 step authentication on, but turned it off & stil lthe same error.

can anyone help pls ? have searched the forum & cant see any similar issues.

            thanks !

                  hi all,

quick update - managed to get ydownload function working now. my next problem is that it wont take the downloaded files & merge them into a report.

when i try to run all different types of reports, it generates a new tab (with headings), but i get an error msg:

"File not found in local database" <in bottom left hand corner of excel>

But all the files have downloaded there. Have set the files to share so shouldnt be a permission issue, but running out of other ideas.

                  can anyone help ?

                  thanks

I have just discovered this Historical Data Workbook and it is working well with one exception: I cannot seem to get the 'Listing report 1' to work. I get the following error: "Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range". I am clueless with regard to VBA and was hoping someone had a workaround or some advice?
