Hi Mate - I thought I would add you into my network as I am an Australian also trying to code up my Bot. I am using VB net and have PlaceOrder and listMarketCat and MarketBook working. Still trying to get the listCurrentOrders and listClearedOrders working.
Just on ID=2, I have had this set to =1 the whole time and it was returning all data. I was told it should be 2 for AUS, and I just changed it to 2 after reading your post, but no real difference.
