hi mumbles...i a trying to get started with my first small betfair web app for my personal use...i know html, xml, css and a bit of javascipt...and starting to learn some php..

all i need is a few pointers to get me started.

my first goal is to simply create a login / password box into the AUS market and display my wallet balance as well as a logout button...

would you mind helping me achieve this and how i reference the free api...i am having difficulty with this first step

i think if im shown this first step, i'll be able to do my next goal and show the sports menu on the left side of my webpage.

i just need a few pointers on how to read the api and program it into html so i get the desired first goal result explained above

i would really appreciate it you could step me through creating my first webpage to login to betfair, show my wallet balance and logout
