Virtual Prices Algo

As anyone ever built an algo to fill in the virtual bets on the raw market prices that is able to share (any language)?
I know i may be asking for too much
It's simple math but complex stuff.

There are some reasons why you may want to do this like speed or in instances where you don't want to compete with yourself via virtual prices that your bets helped "create".
