class for Json requests

Here is a question about writing up the classes for the json request and responses

I have bought the Programming for Betfair by James Butler as a template but my question is when I write the Filter Class for listCompetitions do I have to copy the same list and order as it stands in the visualiser

What is the locale ?

I haven't got the book, so I don't know what the book says.

What, indeed, is the locale? I assume it's the country you're based in. Or the country the event is occurring in.

Could you be more specific?
