Not getting updated TotalMatched data of event as on website

[Exchange_API]

I am using "Live" App Key though,I am not getting updated TotalMatched data of an horseracing event as on website.Everytime I am getting Delayed data and My account is also funded.What can be the problem ?Any suggestion will be appreciated.
