Problem with Australian horse racing markets

Hi,
Since June 19, the listMarketCatalogue request always returns an empty list for Australian horse racing markets. Although with Australian greyhound racing everything works fine. Also, the Betfair website, if I am logged out, shows Australian races fine. But as soon as I log in, this page appears.
Has Betfair changed the rules for accessing Australian horse racing markets?

I asked the question here in Australia and the response I got from Betfair was:
"Hi all, Flutter (Betfair UK) removed access to Australian and New Zealand racing markets for customers from some geographical locations a few days ago."
There was no reason given.
