Get Account funds on Romanian Account API issue

Hi!

I want to get a user using Betfair API but it gives me these errors: {"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-32099,"message":"DSC-0037"},"id":1} on Romanian Account. I get the token using the Romanian endpoint to log in. If I make the same for a UK account, it works
I appreciate any help.

The documentation for DSC-0037 says "The user is not subscribed to the App Key provided". Is that any help?
