In the last 48 hours, we consistently see failed order requests for about 2 hours, There is no abnormality or stress on the server except for the error "UNEXPECTED_ERROR" from Betfair. The issue gets automatically resolved but appears again after a few hours.

Curious. It appears that an AccountAPINGException only occurs on Account calls. Whether such a call can be an occasional byproduct of placing a bet, I don't know.

When asking questions like yours, it's generally useful to include, where possible and without giving away personal information, an example of any call that has resulted in such a response, given that the message you've received was triggered by the call you made.
