    Restricted Location

    Howdo,

    Any idea how long it takes to remove the restricted location block to enable api calls to be made?

    It's been a few months since I previously accessed the API and when I tried to access last Thursday, got a restricted message "you may be accessing the Betfair website from a country that Betfair does not accept bets from or the traffic from your network was detected as being unusual".

    Obviously not the case as in UK. Found the message re Maxmind and submitted, received a message to confirm update applied but still can't access.

    Any clues how to resolve?

    Clearly nobody about to answer my query and also the previous email for BDP is not working either. Excellent!
