Last couple of weeks Betfair sessions expiring / disconnecting regularly

In the last couple of weeks, our usually stable app has been getting api request errors from betting api.
I'm not sure exactly what is causing it (yet), but there's has been no posts regarding changes to the api recently.
It could be something on our side, ie too many concurrent sessions or something, but was wondering if anyone else is getting this issue / betfair team knows something about it?
