ScoresAPI BUG: not currently reporting race status correctly

Calls to ScoresAPING > listRaceDetails are not updating raceStatus, it's just stuck at 'dormant' so no 'goingdown', 'atthepost', 'goingbehind' etc

Examples have been the 1.40 and 2.10 at Kempton today 17/01/2023
