Available to Back, Available to Lay and Traded volume

Hi,

I am using the Exchange API without the Betting Use - Live data option. I was wondering if Available to Back, Available to Lay and Traded volume data are part of the Live data package or I am just not looking for them at the right place?

I used the ListMarketBook call for a specific match to get only the last traded data, screenshot below.
