Application that uses API on a VPS abroad

Hello,

I have developed an application that uses the API NG. Now I would like to run this application on a VPS server.
Is it possible without incurring any restrictions or the account being closed?
Are there any issues with that?
Can I get a VPS hosting provider, not in the UK?
Are there any restrictions for that too?

Using a VPS server for the betfair api is common practice.
Some countries outside the UK don't support Betfair so that maybe a problem.
