Question- is there an easy way to get football odds from recent matches from the API?

For example, is there anything on the Exchange API that allows me to see games played earlier today, and what the odds were for a given market (say Match Odds or Draw No Bet etc) for games that have been played today or yesterday etc? Or do I need to wait the 5 or 6 days for them to appear on the historical API?

This information is only available via the historical data website (https://historicdata.betfair.com/#/home) 5 day after event settlement.
