Hi,
I am unable to connect to either the live or integration websockets, I have tried using my C# app and some websocket test tools such as Postman and SmartWebsocketClient, however am yet to have any success. I have also tried using both the ws:// and wss:// prefixes. As it is port 443 I understand the wss:// prefix should be used right?
I have attached screenshots showing the error report for both attempts.
