Charge for over 5000 bets

Hi to everyone,

I'm Mirco and I a new member of this forum.
This week Betfair took my money from my account 430 € because they told me I get 5000 bet in one hour. Do you know where can I see this 5000 bets....in the history transaction there aren't.

Hi,

A bet request that failed (e.g. due to insufficient funds) also counts towards that total. So it doesn't necessarily mean that you have over 5000 bets placed in an hour. I would raise a query with live customer support and they will probably refund you if you explain what happened
