Get race number for each race

Is there a solid method to get race number (i.e. R1, R2, R3, etc) of the races in the same venue?

One method I am using is to find the marketName for Win of the race, which will include the race number.

However, this only works for some countries (e.g. Australia). For other countries like UK, this doesn't work.

could anyone provide a good suggestion on this? Thanks!
