Account Closure

Hi all,

Today my account was closed. I've been developing some software with the API but I'm now receiving a CLOSED response when logging in. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've tried contacting Betfair directly but their emails bounce back as rejected and their live chat you need to login for (which is not possible for me)

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

This happend to me some time go. After talking to customer support turns out they deactivated my account because I did not enable 2-step authentication.
