    Waiting for an activation too long

    I want to activate my Live Key. I'm ready to pay for that(i have enough money on my account and my account is verified)

    I sent required form for this on https://developer.betfair.com/get-started/#exchange-api

    It was 5 days ago and I recieved no answer was still. I sent the question about state of my request - but nothing got yet.

    How long does take request on an activation? And what i can do to get an answer on my request?

        I tried right now and what i've got in answer by Betfair email bot:

        The bdp@betfair.com e-mail address is no longer in use.

        Please direct any Developer Support queries via the provided SUBMIT A TICKET form which is available via https://developer.betfair.com/support/

        I tried to contact them using this Ticker System. But no answer...

          The ticketing system produces an automatic response. If you didn't get that response then check your spam folder.

          The BDP team only works Mon-Fri and there is no developer support at the weekend.

          Your ticket should be responded to on Monday.

            @betdynamics, unfortunately, there is no automatic email: no in my inbox, no in spam.

            I sent request on Monday. I'll wait until 17 January(Tuesday) anyway.

            If anyone from BDP read this message - let me know about my issue, please
