I've created a github package that matches horse racing exchange prices with the corresponding odds offered by various bookmakers. Check it out here!.
I want to improve it by including the user's commission rate when it determines arbs. From my understanding, the baseline commission rate differs by country. Is this reflected in the marketBaseRate returned by listMarketCatalogue with MARKET_DESCRIPTION included? My horse racing marketBaseRate is 5, do Brazilian/Albanian/etc registered accounts have different values.
