Delayed key allows betting operations now, but it is not clear how they work. Is it a kind of demo account? Can I place bets 'safe'? How matching for the delayed key work?

The betting operations work in the same way as they do for the Live Application Key. Matching works in the same way too; you will always be matched at the best price available on the Exchange. The main difference is that the price data returned by listMarketBook is delayed between 1-60 seconds.

There are still unknown moments. Placing bets impacts market which is impossible with delay prices. If I place a large amount bet, all the other betters see it. if make a bet it can be matched partially or enqueued to queue. How delayed key deals with bets put in queue?Betfair Bots Made Easy

Bets placed with the delayed key are put in the queue in the same way as bets with the live key. Best execution applies in the same way as it does for all bets placed into the Exchange market as described via https://en-betfair.custhelp.com/app/...t-execution%3F
The Delayed App Key is provided for those who'd like to do functional testing using bet placement and other operations.
