    Cant retreive Market Data today ?

    Hello

    Just checking to see if this is a Betfair problem or a problem with my code?

    Starting from last night I am no longer able to retrieve the big zip file containing all the market data. I had this working fine ages ago and haven't changed anything lately so I am suspecting it is a problem at Betfair's end. I am currently just getting a time-out when I request the file.

    I just tried asking on the Betfair Help chat site, but it was a complete waste of time. I don't think he even understood what I was talking about.

      Just confirmed that it must be a Betfair problem. There are some posts on the Cymatic forum about the exact same problem.

      While I am here I might as well ask another question.

      One of the more recent API commands added was the ability to get Race Status ("Going to post" etc etc) for UK and IE horse racing. Some time back I added this feature to my program and it seemed to work OK.

      However for the last week or so, I noticed now it only ever display as "Race Not Started".

      I haven't realy tried to debug this yet, can anyone confirm if this command is working or had subsequently broken, or removed or they don't update it now ?

      Would be good to confirm it works for other folks before I waste time debugging again !

          There is currently a problem with the navigation file. They're hoping to fix the problem soon.

              I have not seen any issues with race status. Races are being reported as going through the various stages.

              Looks like you may have to get the debugger out again
