Seeking betfair programmer (web-based application)

We are seeking a serious programmer/developer (or company) to implement an automatic horse racing system. We eventually would like to sign up for Betfair Vendor program as well. We would prefer someone who has enough experience creating web-based application using betfair API. We are also open to having a partnership arrangement if interested.

Hi Joe can I ask if your horse racing system time critical, ie the bets must be placed within milliseconds OR is there a little more flexibility in that the system can bet 1 sec after your trigger has occurred?

If so I already have a bot written for horse racing which could be customised for you, however it the application is currently a desktop application. Could the system be tested via desktop first and then if successful we code as a web-based application?

Thanks Troy. We have the ultimate goal of turning this app into a commercial product. So a webapp may the final product. We are open to your suggestions about creating a desktop app and then upgrading to webapp. Bets can be placed with 1-2s delay. How do I contact you to discuss more details?
