How work the BetFair in correspondence bets

In the development of my betfair software have this doubt :

Assuming there is an odd = 2.10 with size = $200.

If the bettor places a stake of $1000, which Betfair will ?

    1. Is the $200 and left 'the $800 as unrequited ?

    2. There will match the $1000 for not having the size ?

    3. It is possible the player control it, ie, whether the order comes fully or partially ?

    Thank's

    Hi tretonis
Imagine the best price to back is at 2.10 with size 200$
You place a bet at 2.10 for 1000$. Betfair will match 200$ and leave the remaining of the back bet, 800$ at 2.10, in the market for anyone who want to lay that.
There is no order type (like there is in some financial markets) for Fill or Kill orders or any other order type where you request the "all or nothing matched", you have to do it yourself.
