Can you advise any ongoing issues with api connections to the Australian service - my bots are dropping out periodically when trying to get markets

There was an outage at our side (affecting the API & website) which occurred from 02:47-03:11 BST which was caused by a network link failure. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

If the your issue occurred outside of these times, please provide as much detail as possible covering off as many items as possible on the list below:

• ErrorCode/UUID (if exception) e.g. “errorCode : UNEXPECTED_ERROR requestUUID : prdang007-11130238-0005ef4437”
• API Request details:
• Date/Time of the issue with timezone
• Operation/Endpoint URL
• JSON request
• JSON response
• Expected behavior
• Actual behavior
• Your Application logs (if available)
