Horse Racing UK InPlay Delay?

When InPlay is true.
I'm using using streaming and the BetDelay value returned by the MarketDefinition.BetDelay is 1.
I thought when using UK Horse racing the delay was 2 seconds.
Anyone know if 1 is correct with streaming?
