getDeveloperAppKeys Error Today

Today a call to getDeveloperAppkeys causes a System.Net.WebException with the error code "(417) Expectation Failed". Any ideas as to the cause of the problem? Last week this function was returning invalid Json responses for a short while and then the problem went away. Are Betfair working / changing this function? Any help / advice would be much appreciated.
