Automating Greyhound Aus Bets

Hello,

I would like to create something that upon entering in my rating for a greyhound selection will automatically place the bet in the last 60seconds til jump if the market price is greater then my rated price. And I need to know what price is avaliable and if the liquidity is there to calculate the stake depending on price and avaliability.

I have some experience with python. I do not have experence with API's however, I am currently attending university and have access to resources. Can someone recomend how to implement what I am trying to achieve.

Alternatively is there something already avaliable off the shelf to purchase?
