Hi guys,
I'm making a call to placeOrders that is returning an "INVALID_RUNNER" error. This issue occurs all of the time on any cricket runs market. An example market that is active at the moment is "New Zealand 2nd Inns Runs".
One of the selections available is "400 Runs or more". This selection has an id of 266622.
When attempting to place a single order against this market and selection the following JSON is returned:
{PlaceExecutionReport : Status=FAILURE : ErrorCode=BET_ACTION_ERROR : MarketId=1.118620507 : CustomerRef= : InstructionReport[0]={Status=FAILURE : ErrorCode=INVALID_RUNNER : Instruction={OrderType=LIMIT : SelectionId=266622 : Handicap= : Side=BACK : LimitOrder=Size=5 : Price=20 : PersistenceType=LAPSE} : BetId= : PlacedDate= : AveragePriceMatched= : SizeMatched=}}
I have confirmed that the selection and Id are valid and placed a bet successfully through the Betfair website. This appears to be an issue for all cricket run markets that I have tried. I have not seen this error on any other market.
Is this a known issue? Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks,
Heath.
