How to being back results where the filter is empty/NULL?

Hi Everyone,

Sorry if this is a really basic question, but I am still in the process of trying to learn the ropes of the API.

I have tried a basic Google search, looked through the documentation and played around with the visualiser, but had no luck.

My question is, is there was way to have the API bring back results where there is a filter NULL criteria. So more specifically, there are some Events which do not have a competition associated with it. How would I bring just those results those back? So for example, the event '29355954' does not come back in the ListCompetitions tool on the visualiser. How would I list those events that are like this?

Sorry again if its super basic stuff.
