discountAllowed false for some horse racing markets?

I've just noticed that lots of horse racing markets are returning discountAllowed: false from listMarketCatalogue calls, implying that the commission rate on the market won't be discounted by our Betfair points.

Double checking on the website, clicking on the 'rules' button just shows the markets as:

UK wallet
Commission on this market
5% Market Base Rate

i.e. also no mention of discounts?

Is this right, or are some of Monday's horse racing markets wrongly labelled? Not all the markets are missing the discount. Some that are missing it:

10:40 Fairview
14:00 Plumpton
16:20 Taunton

This is a known issue and has now been added to the list via https://api.developer.betfair.com/se...i/Known+Issues

These markets typically return discountAllowed = true at a later time, but we don't know the root cause of the problem at the moment.
