problem fixed
My situation is back to normality.
A VirginMedia technical has just come at my house and had verified that in past days there was a problem in the network, but in the night the VirginMedia technicians had already solved the problem.
I must congratulate VirginMedia, because, in few hour have fixed the issue, and have really took care of the costumer, making an appointment for the following day (very fast, despite usually technicians have lots of appointments).
Anyway seems to be that personal settings of IPV4 protocol can cause some problem of readdressing and delay, so when it's possible it's better to use the IP and DNS addresses automatically assigned.
