Does Betfair API provides a Dummy Balance to use API

Hello.
I am making an application using Betfair API to Place Bet. Things are working and i think i am on right track because as a response of placing bet api i am getting errorCode":"INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS.It clearly seems i dont have balance in my Account.
Does Betfair provides any dummy account to test whether bet is placed or not.

Unfortunately we don't provide dummy accounts for testing bet placement, so any testing would need to be done using your own funds.
