POSSIBLE ERROR: Australain keepAlive endpoint unresponsive

Hey y'all, in accordance with https://docs.developer.betfair.com/p...pageId=3834909 I have been hitting the Australian keepalive endpoint

https://identitysso.betfair.au/api/keepAlive

in order to prevent session timeouts. However, I keep getting this response:

Could not resolve host: identitysso.betfair.au

the international domain

https://identitysso.betfair.com/api/keepAlive

seems to work fine.


Can someone confirm that this is just me? And if not: how do I file bug reports?

Your message prompted me to try the keepAlive function coded but not really used in my program. It terminated things! I used the global one, so my experiences are probably irrelevant to you, and I can't try out the .au variation. When I was writing the code to get my program to sign in (a few years ago), I wrote keep alive and log off sections, but the log-off code did absolutely nothing, so I haven't bothered with it since.

Anyway, hope you get sorted.

I think it's just a typo in the documentation. It should be ".com.au"
https://identitysso.betfair.com.au/api/keepAlive I've been using that and it seems to be working fine.
