Betfair Price Increments VS MarketBettingType ENUM

There are 5 values in the MarketBettingType ENUM:
- ODDS
- LINE
- RANGE
- ASIAN_HANDICAP_DOUBLE_LINE
- ASIAN_HANDICAP_SINGLE_LINE

However, the "Betfair Price Increments" documentation gives us 2 tables for price increments:

- Odds Markets
- Asian Handicap & Total Goal Markets

Which values of the MarketBettingType ENUM have price increment of the "Odds Markets" and which ones for "Asian Handicap & Total Goal Markets"?

Not sure whether LINE and RANGE are "Odds Markets", and whether which ENUM value is for "Total Goal Markets".
