The new Betfair API-NG interface, particularly interacting with the Australian exchange, has been experiencing multiple "drop outs" every day since I upgraded my software about 2 months ago. However, in the last couple of days, these "drop outs" have become more frequent and last longer, culminating in an outage of just under an hour yesterday, and intermittent problems for at least 5 hours continuously today.
Unfortunately, instead of improving, the reliability is getting worse, and not just a bit worse, much worse. Any realistic idea of what the problem is and when you can fix it?
