    Correct score bug (today issue!)

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the upper case in the title but I wanted to signal something that appears to be a current bug of some relevance.

    It appears as if, starting from Today, listMarketCatalogue is NOT returning CORRECT_SCORE markets.

    Most probably a bug affecting the Correct Score market type has been introduced in the system or the type definition has been changed (which would be surprising since all the software produced on the previous specification would have to be amended to the new one).

    Pls check this on the Bundesliga 1 events, for example.

    Note that it affects all events starting from today's on.

      This is due to the changes announced via https://forum.bdp.betfair.com/showthread.php?t=2687

      Going forward the marketType for correct score markets will be CORRECT_SCORE_NEW

          Thank you for your reply.

          I have to say that this change does disrupting for a variety of reasons...

          IMHO, you should have created a new market calling it "Correct Score Extended" and leave the existing one as is.

          Changing a market structure will have the immediate effect of reducing its popularity and I cannot believe that this is what Betfair wants.

          Also, this type of changes should be notified to developers via e-mail.

          Their presence in a rather anonymous thread is vague reminder of the beginning of "The Hitchhiker Guide to the Galaxy", for those who may understand the reference.
