sportsbook api

Hi, sorry if this question has already been asked several other times, but couldn't find any reliable answer to it.

Is there a way to know the odds for the sportsbook bets? it seems to me that only exchange bets can be queried and placed...
I'm trying at this stage to ping betfair APIs to get the stakes for a given football match as they appear on the website for sportsbook bets, and place the bet that I like the most.
