Tennis: number of sets

For tennis matches, I only see matches with scores of 2-0 or 2-1. Why is there no games with scores of 3-0, 3-2 or 3-1?

If you know your tennis then you would know there are only 6 events where men play 5 sets; the four slams, Davis Cup and Olympic final.

Women never play 5 sets to earn their equal pay. They might break a nail or be late to a photo shoot.

The only Tennis matches that play 5 sets as a rule are the 4 Grand Slams
Australian Open - January
French Open - May
Wimbledon - June and
USA Open September
The Davis Cup events and an event in the USA in Spring at Indian Wells
All the rest are 3 Sets and Women only play 3 sets in every game
