Excel crashes when submitting more than one stake

I am modifying the ServiceClientNG Sample spreadsheet as a basis for applying my own automated betting strategy on football markets. When submitting individual odds and stake (eg. Home only or Draw only) everything works fine but if I submit a dutch bet (eg. Home and Draw at the same time), Excel crashes. I have submitted dutch bets on a newly downloaded ServiceClientNG Sample spreadsheet and the problem persists so it seems that the fault is in the original spreadsheet and not in the coding which I have added. I am porting from the older spreadsheet that uses the previous API and which worked without any problems. Can anyone please help?
