Unable to create Application Key: Accounts API Demo Tool link gives blank page

Dear co-developers,

I'm trying to setup an API and therefore I need an Application Key. The problem is that when I open the Accounts API Demo Tool link I get a blank page. Both in IE and Chrome.

Can anyone give me a hint on how to overcome this problem?
