Transaction Charges

Do Transaction Charges apply to the new API ? i.e. Over 1000 bets per hour ?

I'm sure I read somewhere that bets via API-NG were exempt but cannot find a definitive statement from Betfair regardin this.

I can confirm that transaction charges still apply when using API-NG.
