I'm still Throttled, after paying for API paid version

I'm still getting

[errorCode] => EXCEEDED_THROTTLE

Even after having confirmed from betfair that my paid subscription has been setup.

Any ideas?

I've tried changing productid to 0 and also at 82 - neither seem to stop the de-throttling.

Pls help.

Do I need to make any other changes????
