In terms of API response on aping what happens when there is a false start.

So at the off horse race goes to marketStatus SUSPENDED and SP is reconciled bspReconciled, then market is ACTIVE and inplay is true. Then does marketStatus go back to SUSPENDED and inplay false? or does inplay remain true? does bspReconciled go back to false or is actualSP just overwritten.
