How to get a session token?

Sample code requires an App Key. In the documentation it says we shall use this page

https://api-ng.betstores.com/account/

to get an App Key. But that page requires a session token in turn. In the documentation it nowhere mentions how to get a session token. We are totally lost.

Another point is most of your website is either problematic, or does not run correctly in some browsers, your documentation sucks, bla bla bla. I am not sure what type of company you are???
