Help required to fix a broken exe file written in C#

I have an app which was built for me a few years ago. It looks at my own created odds in an Excel file and then fetches (from free delayed data) Betfair odds and fills the empty cells with them and calculates the differences. It worked fine. And then it didn't as I think there were probably API changes. Sadly the original coder has disappeared and I need a fix for the app. This has happened before and it seems it was a pretty easy fix then so I'm assuming it will probably be a minor change that is needed. Also the time start data may need changing as the API may work in a different time zone to the data in the Excel file. I have all the source files and my own free API keys but the dev will obviously need to use his own keys.

Since you have the source files and keys, it should be straightforward for a developer familiar with Betfair's API and Excel integration to get it working again.
