BF closed an account with a vendor developer license due to suspect duplicate account

Hi
my brother in law has a betfair vendor developer license, better to say he had,
because today betfair has closed his account with the reason: duplicate accounts

(I suspect because today i updated my home address, which is exact as his previous address)

He tries to contact betfair - but neither chat no email available (schick! - he email is blacklisted by be betfair amd bdp just sends auto response)

Now he is not able to make support to his customers with the soft he has sold (and a bunch of other difficulties)

could anyone suggest what is possible for him to contact betfair?
