David, I already asked you for clear specification of features you want to implement to your simple bot, without that no one can give you exact cost of development work.

It is quite simple, list of features can be converted to working hours so to price you will pay for development of your bot to chosen software developer. Of course one developer can bid for 1 GPB per hour other one for 30 GBP per working hour.
